Service Description
A focused hygiene service that includes tidying up your dog's private areas and the area around the anus. This service ensures your pet stays clean and comfortable between full grooming sessions.
Cancellation Policy
If your pet is aggressive or not able to be handled in any way, I reserve the right to refuse service and refund you, minus the credit card processing fee. Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, otherwise you will be refunded, minus the credit card fee, and also charged a cancellation fee. If I arrive to your home and no one is present, I will attempt to reach out. If no response is given, you will be refunded for the services chosen, minus the credit card fee, but will also be charged a no-show fee. If I am running behind due to the unpredictability of certain services with customers, I will reach out and inform you. I do ask for flexibility on the arrival time.
